Embarking on my journey with Clever Quarters in 2016, I could never have envisioned the profound impact it would have on my life. What began was more than just a job or career, it swiftly transformed into a deep-seated passion and purpose. Observing firsthand how intentional design shapes lives has heightened my appreciation for the nuances of organization and procedure. While some may see it as merely a closet, to others, it is a vital tool for overcoming daily challenges and streamlining routines.
Commencing my career in Office Management, I swiftly redirected toward design, fueled by a determination to assist clients in solving real-life problems. Evolving into the role of Sales and Design Manager as our team expanded was a natural progression. Now, as the Chief Operating Officer, I leverage my accumulated experience to chart a course for our collective future.
Amidst this transformative journey, my personal and professional growth owes much to the extraordinary individuals comprising our team. While other companies may boast about matching our talent, our true strength lies in the unmatched depth of our collective heart. This remarkable group genuinely cares about the impact of their work, evident in the exceptional service and products we consistently deliver, driving our shared commitment to continuous improvement.
My passion for organization and design finds an equal counterpart in my fervour for coaching and development, extending into my personal life through mentoring youth in sports. Having experienced the benefits of team sports during my own upbringing, I now relish the opportunity to give back to the community and offer my two children a similar enriching experience.
At my core, I firmly believe that perseverance and a positive attitude can overcome any challenge. We had a custom walk-in closet and our garage floor done and I want to say that the experience with this company was amazing from start to finish. Every single staff member was very respectful, polite and an absolute pleasure to meet. The design stage was fun and Cristy was amazing. She was very experienced, knowledgeable and caring. Making changes during the design stage was not a problem at all, she really wanted us to love the design. Once we knew what we wanted, the installation team came in and installed everything in 1 day. The closets are solid and you can feel the quality of the drawers (soft close btw). They cleaned up after themselves and left nothing but an amazing closet.

The install crews were polite, punctual, and went above and beyond to make the job done right. They did the job as if it was their own home.
