I have joined the wonderful team of Clever Quarters in 2019 as a Design Consultant where I have discovered not only a fulfilling career but also lifelong friendships. The collaborative and supportive environment of Clever Quarters continuously fosters growth, encouraging us all to expand our horizons and take on new challenges. In January of 2023, my journey took an exciting turn when I transitioned into the role of Sales and Design Manager. This has been an honor and an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire others.
I embarked on a journey into the exciting world of design after graduating from the University of Alberta in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Design.
Since then, I have been a dedicated professional in the industry, utilizing my expertise to create innovative solutions for clients. I have always harbored a deep passion for fine arts, design, architecture, and problem solving. This love towards creativity and function drives me to continually push the boundaries of design innovation.
One of the most gratifying aspects of my profession is the opportunity to interact with individuals from various backgrounds and discern their unique needs. As a seasoned designer, I get great satisfaction from analyzing the interplay between function, specific needs and aesthetic aspirations. My aim is to create spaces that seamlessly marry all the elements, creating a beautiful harmony that exceeds my clients' expectations. I approach each project with enthusiasm, striving to create spaces that not only reflect the client's vision but also enhance their daily lives.

Clever Quarters did an amazing job with the custom cabinet in our space. We had used them before to design and install a pantry in the kitchen. and this time they designed a storage/pantry unit in our downstairs space. The consultant Nikolina did a fabulous job in design and was very patient with all my questions and revisions. The installation was also amazing. Amir ensured everything was perfect and went above and beyond making sure it functioned as planned. We absolutely love the finished product and can�t stop looking at it! Fantastic experience working with Nikolina and the team at Clever Quarters. I needed a storage cabinet in the garage for my bulky goalie gear. We met with Nikolina who took measurements of the space and designed a wonderfully functional cabinet that stored all my gear with the help of a slat wall and some accessories to hang things from inside the cabinet. She was also very accommodating in allowing me to stop by their workshop with my gear to test which hooks and accessories might work best for what I need.
We did custom closets for clever quarters. Good timely service. Nikolina was available for us before finalization the contract to chat about the designs. Loved that the people were not pushy! Lovely new closets!
Great customer service. Nikolina spent a lot of time designing the closets and pantry as per what we wanted and the execution of the work was perfect. I had a few quotes from different companies but I am glad that we went ahead with Clever Quarters. The installers Ameer & Istavani were very professional and completed the job to perfection on time.
