Begin by clearing the designated installation area of all personal belongings to facilitate an efficient workspace for our team. Safety is a priority, so we kindly request that the work area is kept free of children and pets throughout the installation process.

Please designate an entrance near the driveway for our installers. This allows for easy unloading of materials and tools, ensuring a smoother installation process. Once the installation is complete, our installers n will take the time to walk you through the features of your new Clever Quarters products and discuss essential care information, ensuring you feel confident and knowledgeable about your new system.

Yes, we recommend that you remove your wire racking before the installation date. This gives you the opportunity to repair and paint your walls, creating a fresh canvas for your new custom closet. If you prefer, we can also handle the removal of your existing closet system for you. In this case, we will patch any holes that result from removing the existing shelving, but please note that we won't be able to paint the walls for you. Removal and disposal of the existing shelving will cost extra.

While it is not absolutely necessary for you to be home during the installation, we highly recommend that someone is available at the beginning of the installation to confirm the design details with our installation team. It is also beneficial for someone to be present at the end of the installation to review the completed project, ask any questions, and confirm that the installation meets your expectations.
