How to Request a Virtual Design Consultation

Getting Started

Click on the “Free Consultation” button to request a Complementary Virtual Design Consultation. Before you submit your request, type "Virtual" in the notes section. We will contact you within 48 hours.

The Introduction

The purpose of this phone call is to introduce ourselves and briefly discus your project. We will complete your contact information, and make plans for the next step. Following this call, you will receive an email with your How-To Guide, this document will help you prepare for your Virtual Design Consultation.

The How-To Guide

Your How-To Guide will outline how to measure your space, and how to conduct a detailed inventory of your belongings. Once this worksheet has been completed and sent to your design consultant, your Virtual Design Consultation will be scheduled.

Design Process

Using our 3D design software, your design consultant will plot out your space and create a custom design based on the information you provide. Your Virtual Design Consultation will take place over a video call and computer screen sharing. This will provide you with the opportunity to collaborate in real-time with your designer in order to perfect your custom design. Once your design has been perfected, you will be provided with a quote. If everything looks good and you are ready to proceed, your design consultant will inform you of the next steps.

Finalizing the Designs

Once it is safe to resume in-home visits, your design consultant will schedule a time to meet with you and verify measurements to finalize the design.
